Shipping Policy

At MyAutoBrick, we are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure your custom building sets reach you safely, no matter where you are building from.

Please review our shipping processes and estimated delivery times below.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, typical delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 5 - 12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5 - 12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to high volume periods, severe weather conditions, or customs clearance delays in your country.

How We Package Your Order To offer you Free Worldwide Shipping and maintain our affordable pricing, we do not ship our models in bulky retail cardboard boxes. Instead, all building blocks are factory-sealed in their original parts bags and securely packed inside a heavy-duty, protective bubble mailer. This ensures your pieces are 100% safe during transit while reducing our carbon footprint and shipping costs.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at support@myautobrick.com and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes MyAutoBrick is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). In most cases, our packages pass through customs without any additional charges, but this depends entirely on your local customs regulations.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package after 48 hours from the "delivered" status, please contact us at support@myautobrick.com so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. MyAutoBrick is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@myautobrick.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update it for you.
