Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MyAutoBrick. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our policy below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and completely unassembled.

  • All internal parts bags must remain unopened and factory-sealed. Once the sealed plastic bags containing the bricks have been opened, we can no longer accept the return due to the risk of missing pieces.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Missing or Damaged Parts Guarantee Because our sets contain hundreds of small precision pieces, mistakes can occasionally happen during packing. We do not offer full refunds for missing or damaged pieces. Instead, we offer a Free Replacement Guarantee. If you find that a piece is missing or defective, please email us at support@myautobrick.com with a photo of the instruction manual highlighting the missing part, and we will ship the replacement piece to you entirely free of charge.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us at support@myautobrick.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without our explicit confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Sets with opened or tampered internal parts bags.

  • Partially or fully assembled models.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on final clearance sales.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@myautobrick.com.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged in Transit Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
